mgmt are unbelievably cool.
the brooklyn kids' debut album oracular spectacular, described by rolling stone as 'psychadelic synth-pop', is soooooo good times (tinnys tinnys woop). and if you click on their name (pronounced [management] by the way) you can play flashing dancefloor with your mouse and all the websites squares turn MULTTII colour! wow that makes me happy.
sooo...the album is incredible-and with 11 super songs you should definitely start preparing for summer (eeeven though its snowing)- NOOOW

last month dazed and confused described her as the 'nordic musical wunderkind' who wiled away her youth 'writing poetry and ballet dancing on top of portugese mountains to the strains of madonna's immaculate collection'. and after buying lykke li's debut album, youth novels, yesterday- i smiled. the 21-year-old swedish fledgling's certainly got the right sound. hazy, harmonic- full of variety. and mystical; a voice with that edge that just makes you wonder and amaze, float and run, grin and giggle. support her and buy it too, brighten up your weekend .

for christmas i was given will ferrels first movie, night at the roxbury, on dvd and it is fully amazing. it is about night clubs amongst other things,very very 90's pop glittry glam, the invention of the super woofer boom box, that sort of thing. watch it to the end.

drip drip zoooom. that is how the midnight fuck remix of run into flowers sounds. like the picture above. late motorway sound, autobahn melody. tur i maskinparken (roughly translating to: tour of the engine park-- strange norwegian) feels a little like flying through a clumsy fantasy world full of furry pink and blue animals and ice creams made of rainbows (think wax stag's short road) boys noize's remix of depeche modes claaaassic is squish slippery. then diplo and metronomy give some fun jump spin twirl roll bounce happiness to anybody with a big enough heart. that was generous. right on.

raf by raf simons, high tops with striped tongue are so perfect. his collection is so well suited and timed,i love it. look out for his parachute jacket as well,very nice.
